Our mental health services support individuals who may need additional help addressing psychosocial challenges or areas of daily functioning that may be impaired or require rehabilitation. Services are community-based, individualized, and designed to meet each person’s unique needs.
Our services complement the psychotherapy component of a person’s mental health treatment by addressing their mental, emotional, and behavioral well-being. We offer medication management, group treatment, and individual therapy to support overall wellness and improved functioning.
Our Mission: To provide opportunities for individuals to enhance their mental health through assistance, education, and empowerment.
Our Vision: We firmly believe that, in addition to remission of mental symptoms, our customers’ quality of life must improve. As a result, our community-based approach is especially tailored to Functional Recovery, Social Recovery, and Mind + Body Wellness.”

Therapist
I believe therapy is one of the few places where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment, expectations, or the pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is to create a safe, warm, and genuine space where you feel comfortable exploring not only the challenges you are facing but also the person you want to become. I value authenticity, curiosity, and humor when appropriate, and I believe healing happens through a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust and collaboration.
I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Every individual has a unique story, and together we will explore the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that have shaped your life while building practical tools for meaningful change. My work integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), existential therapy, and Narrative Therapy to help clients increase self-understanding, strengthen resilience, and live in alignment with their values.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, identity, or simply feeling stuck, I strive to create an environment where you feel both challenged and supported. Therapy is not about becoming someone different. It is about discovering who you are, making intentional choices, and building a life that feels meaningful and authentically yours
What is understood does not have to be explained. Let your hair down and get help from a therapist that intimately understands YOU.
